119TH ST. & MICHIGAN
Join 10 churches as we meet together for the PEACE CAMPAIGN! We meet every Friday night to pray for Peace in the community. We also pass out water, snacks and pray with people. We end night with communion. We switch corners every week between 111th St & 119th St. and Michigan.

WE KNOW THAT EVERY SUMMER THINGS BEGIN TO "HEAT UP" AROUND MEMORIAL DAY, NOT ONLY THE TEMPERATURE, BUT ALSO THE VIOLENCE. BUT WE ALSO KNOW THAT THERE IS POWER IN PRAYER! EVERY YEAR WE'VE DONE THE PEACE CAMPAIGN, WE HAVE SEEN A DRAMATIC DROP IN VIOLENCE IN THE AREA SURROUNDING OUR PRAYER SPOT. WE KNOW THAT THE PEOPLE OF GOD CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IF WE JOIN TOGETHER IN UNITY AND PRAY TO OUR ALL- POWERFUL GOD ELEASE COME, AND JOIN US AS WE SEEK TO "MAKE LEARN MORE OR LIST YOUR OWN EVENT AT HANDSACROSSCHICAGO.COM
