On August 22, 2020, Convoy of Hope Chicago will host its 4th community event in South Chicago, held in Marquette Park.
Please plan to join us and SAVE THE DATE!
It isn’t often that city and suburban churches, community, educational, and health organizations, corporate partners, and city organizations come together in one compassion event! Convoy of Hope Chicago brings these components together on one amazing day of wholistic hope to the city’s South Side. Our 2018 community event hosted 7728 guests of honor served by 1400 volunteers. Who do we serve? We serve families, foster parents, single moms and dads, senior citizens, veterans, unemployed, underemployed and homeless within our community. Together we can make this event empowering for many.
By serving or sponsoring (or both) at the Convoy of Hope Chicago community event you will bring hope to others and a culture of kindness to your church.
Hope is experienced through meeting felt needs. Each Guest of Honor will have the opportunity to receive FREE:
Groceries Health and Dental Screenings Haircuts
Hot Meal Community Services Family Portraits
Children’s Shoes School Backpacks (w/supplies) Job Services
Kids Carnival Children’s Nutrition Training Prayer
Veteran’s Services National Brest Cancer Foundation Education
We hope you will join us and SAVE THE DATE on your church calendar! We will be sharing new information with you about church partnership in March. If your church is interested in serving in the leadership of one of the areas above, please contact Dawn Kooistra by the end of February.
